Send people to Otium, earn on what they pay
If you teach people to build with AI, your audience runs the batch workloads Otium was built for: nightly enrichment, evals, agent pipelines. Share your link, and earn a share of every account you send for a year.
The offer
The standard terms. If you have a larger audience, or want to do something more involved than a mention, ask: terms are agreed partner by partner.
-
10% of what they pay, for 12 months
Every account opened through your link earns you 10% of its paid usage for its first 12 months. Paid usage is what the account spends on inference, up to what it has actually paid us. Free credit never counts.
-
A $50 bounty on top
When an account you sent passes $250 of paid usage within 120 days of opening, you get $50 once, as well as the share.
-
Your audience skips the waitlist
Otium is invite-only. Someone who signs up through your link gets an invite within minutes rather than waiting, and $10 of extra credit once they first add $10.
-
Paid monthly, by hand
Earnings are tallied each month and paid by PayPal or Wise once they are 60 days old, which leaves time for refunds and disputes to arrive. The minimum payout is $50; below it, the balance carries over.
How it works
No tracking pixels: a code, a link, a page in your Otium account, and a monthly payout.
- 1. Apply
Email us where you publish and what you cover. We reply within a few days with your code, and an Otium account to follow it in.
- 2. Share your link
Your link is
getotium.ai/?ref=yourname, and it works on any page of the site. Viewers can also type your code on the signup form. - 3. Get paid
Your Otium account shows what your referrals earned, month by month. Each month we pay what has cleared the 60-day hold.
Who it suits
Otium is batch inference: AI work that can wait hours, run on spare GPUs for less. It suits audiences who already run that kind of work, not chatbots.
-
Agent and automation builders
Tutorials on agent pipelines, n8n, Flowise and the like, where a nightly batch of prompts is the norm and the bill is the complaint.
-
Local and open-model channels
People who run open models themselves and know what a GPU costs. Otium runs the same open models on spare cloud GPUs, for work that can wait.
-
Newsletters and communities
Writers and community owners whose readers run AI workloads big enough that the inference bill is a line worth cutting.
-
Agencies and consultants
If you build AI pipelines for clients, the share applies to accounts you open for them too.
The rules
-
Say you are paid
Disclose the partnership wherever you mention Otium: in the video itself and its description, and with YouTube’s paid promotion box ticked. The FTC requires it, and your audience deserves it.
-
One partner per account
The first code an account arrives with is the one credited. A link is remembered in the visitor’s browser for 90 days, and a code typed into the signup form counts the same.
-
No self-referrals or paid search on our name
Your own accounts never earn. Bidding on “Otium” in search ads, and coupon or cashback sites, are not allowed.
-
Refunds come back out
If an account is refunded or disputes a payment, what you earned on it is reversed in a later month. The hold before payout is what keeps that rare.
-
Tax details before the first payout
We need a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US) before we can pay you.
-
Terms can change; what you earned cannot
We may change or end the program with notice. An account you referred keeps the terms it opened under, and anything already earned is paid.
